Leading the way is our President and CEO, Lance Morrow. A Norfolk native, Lance brings valuable experience from his time as a Bank Examiner with the FDIC, alongside his deep understanding of BankFirst’s culture, having steadily advanced through various positions before becoming President in 2023. He’s actively involved in the community and dedicated to his family.
We also honor the remarkable legacy of Clark Froehlich, who led BankFirst until 2025. Under his visionary leadership, BankFirst grew from a single location in Norfolk to a financial powerhouse with assets exceeding one billion dollars.
