Starting May 1, we are updating our login security to use email-based codes instead of security questions—please sign in to verify your email address today.

Enhancing Your Account Security: To provide you with the most secure banking experience, we are transitioning our login verification process. Starting May 1, 2026, we will no longer use security challenge questions. Instead, you will receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) via email to verify your identity when logging in from a new device.

What you need to do: To ensure you aren’t locked out of your account on May 1, please log in to Online Banking today to confirm we have your correct email address on file.

How to verify your email:

  1. Sign in to your Online Banking account.
  1. Navigate to the Profile menu in the top right corner of your screen.
  1. Review the email address listed and Confirm or update it to ensure it is current.

Important Note: This change does not affect customers who currently use hardware tokens or biometrics (FaceID/Fingerprint) for their logins.
