BankFirst Announces Leadership Transition: Lance Morrow Succeeds Clark Froehlich as CEO After Four Decades of Service

After nearly 40 years in the banking industry, Clark Froehlich transitions toward retirement.
NORFOLK, NE – At the annual BankFirst stockholder meeting, Lance Morrow was elected President/CEO as Clark Froehlich, who has served the bank for decades, transitions toward retirement.
Lance Morrow, a Norfolk High graduate, was a prior Bank Examiner with the FDIC before returning home and joining BankFirst. He is actively involved in the community and enjoys spending time with his two young children. Reflecting on the transition, Froehlich emphasized that he “…is pleased with the promotion and knows that the transition will be successful and allow the bank to continue growing and serving the communities in which they are located.” Froehlich also stated that, “The bank currently has the best staff he has ever worked with and knows that success will continue as he transitions toward retirement.”
