  • Money-Handling Devices: Provide first-line troubleshooting and routine maintenance for branch money-handling hardware (such as coin machines, counters, or teller cash recyclers).
  • New User Orientation & Hardware: Conduct IT orientation for new employees. Perform simple maintenance and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripheral equipment.

Facilities & Branch Maintenance (Approximately 15%)

  • Grounds & Safety: Ensure safe branch entryways, including seasonal physical tasks like scooping snow and spreading ice melt.
  • General Upkeep: Perform routine facility maintenance, including changing light bulbs, replacing HVAC air filters, and handling minor interior repairs.
  • Vendor Escort: Assist the team by greeting and monitoring third-party contractors (HVAC, plumbing, specialized security) when they are performing onsite work.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education/Experience: Associate degree or higher in Information Technology.
  • Technical Aptitude:
    • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including physical network cabling.
